At J&J Esthetics, I completely understand that unexpected things come up and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, I kindly ask that you please notify me as soon as possible of any changes that need to be made to avoid additional charges. All appointments booked online require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book your next appointment. Any no-show appointments will be subject to a 100% fee for the missed appointment.
